NASB was established in 2014, backed by 13 years of Non-Revenue Water experience, including 11 years in Asia.
The experiences include undertaking NRW awareness and training courses, undertaking NRW Water Audits and developing Water Balances and Economic levels of NRW, developing and managing NRW management programs across several countries in Asia including Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Taiwan and as well as Malaysia.
Nilam Adil is also one of the leading Non-Revenue Water Equipment Supplier in Malaysia which has the expertise in the use of product and has a vast experience in the industry focus to NRW. Our offer is not limited to product supply and training but we were also had capability to offer NRW Project Management, NRW technical review, NRW water Audits & NRW Workshop program.

Mohamad Fahidan Bin Ibrahim
MANAGING DIRECTOR NILAM ADIL
Fahidan Ibrahim graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2001. In 2003 he had joined Premier Ayer Bristol Water as an assistant engineer, responsible for managing the data logger telemetry systems across Selangor State.
In 2005 he moved to Ranhill Water Services where he spent 5 years as a NRW engineer working on the establishment and management of DMAs in Johor and Melaka States, including the installation all flow meters and PRVs. Whilst with Ranhill Water Services,
Fahidan became proficient in training, undertaking program across Malaysia and in Surabaya, Indonesia. In 2010 Fahidan joined i2O Water as a Technical Account Manager, and spent six years working on advanced pressure management methodologies, undertaking feasibility studies, installations and ongoing maintenance works.
He then joined Wyeth Water Consultants and at the same time had co-founded of Nilam Adil Sdn Bhd and now continuing his services to benefit water industry with his experience and knowledge related to Non Revenue Water.
